Chef Owner, Sushi Chef Kevin Chen has been a Sushi Chef Master for over 25 years and Front of the House Jenny actually grew up in her family's Chinese Restaurant. We believe that high quality fish, food ingredients, classic preparation, and consistency of food are key to a great restaurant. Kotobuki is our second home and for sure our customers will also feel like this is their second home.
